Canda Six Fortune is one of the leading wholesalers and distributors of Asian food products. We are looking for a candidate for the position as the Asian Market – Sales Representative in our ON office.

Position Summary:

The Asian Market – Sales Representative reports to the Asian Market Sales Department Manager and is a team-player to service mainstream banner customers and support the Sales department in achieving sales targets. The scope of this role includes developing new accounts, promoting and selling food products to mainstream banners and independent supermarkets. This also involves managing all elements of customer service, resolving issues and cultivating business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Reach/exceed monthly sales targets
• Follow up on the leads generated by marketing activities and Indoor Sales; Generate new business, meet with clients, build up relations, set up accounts and close deals, collect the payment as required
• Establish and maintain relations with clients, be responsible for verifying customer satisfaction and resolving any concerns
• Be able to thrive in fast-paced, self-managed environment, detailed-oriented
• Participate industry trade shows and conventions

Requirements/ Must-Haves:

• One to two years customer service experience, preferred in food industrial field.
• Must be a team player and have excellent networking and relationship building skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to travel, a valid driver’s License
• Completion of university degree or college diploma
• Proficiency in English, advanced verbal and written skills are a must

Assets/ Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous sales/merchandising experience
• Proficiency in Chinese verbal and written skills are an asset
