Canda Six Fortune Enterprise Co. Ltd. is one of the leading importers and distributors of Asian food products from the Pacific Rim and other regions of the world. We are currently looking for a Sales Admin Assistant to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Sales Admin Assistant (Contract) will primarily focus on general Sales Admin duties, such as order processing and providing support to the Sales team and Warehouse to ensure smooth delivery and service to customers.

Contract length: 4 months

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 9:30AM to 6:00PM, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and accurately enter customer orders into the system
  • Follow up on the posting and delivery of orders
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Warehouse teams in daily operations
  • Schedule pickup appointments with carriers
  • Support invoicing and accounts receivable (AR) related duties
  • Perform administrative tasks such as credit note processing, new account setup, stock adjustment, answering incoming calls, and assisting pickup customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s functions

Requirements / Must-Haves:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration
  • Proficiency with PC (working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail with accurate data entry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
  • Reliability, responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and activities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Legal entitlement to work in Canada

Assets / Nice-to-Haves:

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken and written) is an asset to support communication with international customers or suppliers.
  • Familiarity with ACCPAC and WMS systems is beneficial
  • Relevant experience in accounting is a plus
