Position Summary

Reporting to the HR & Admin Sr. Manager. The ideal candidate will perform full cycle recruitment, provide clerical support to the HR department in meeting the team’s goals and support the company in achieving its objectives.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full-cycle recruitment activities for a high volume of staff within tight timelines which include job postings and renewing; screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing, and reference checking
  • Lead recruitment best practices and build competition for all positions
  • Attend career fairs and employment events to promote the organization
  • Update all recruitment related documentation to ensure the accuracy and latest version is being used
  • Ensure all employee documentation is complete and maintain electronic and paper files and follow up on discrepancies
  • Input and maintain employee information to the HR information system
  • Provide administrative support in general (e.g. office maintenance, planning and organizing company events and staff functions, etc.)
  • Perform new employee orientation for entry level positions
  • Co-ordinate training sessions and collect data for Human Resources metrics
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts on matters related to work
  • Maintain and update company’s department charts
  • Other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • College or university graduate with Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Basic knowledge of Employment Law
  • Highly attention to details
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and activities in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Able to work independently and with good team spirit
  • Sensitivity in dealing with members of different cultural background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Able to use analytical and problem-solving skills in completing the work
  • Knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese will be a plus
